Alice Schoeman Illustration

I'm Alice (she/her) an Illustrator/Graphic Designer from Cape Town, South Africa, Currently living in the UK. I recently finished my MA in illustration course at Nottingham Trent University. I completed my BDes in Graphic Design at Inscape Cape Town.

I love to explore themes of freedom, environment and feminism in my illustration work. Growing up in one of the most beautiful places in the world has given me a deep reverence for nature, and to honour that I try and find ways to tell stories through it. I believe that nature is magic and I try and let that come through when I illustrate it. I enjoy incorporating tactile processes into my process and whether in Graphic Design or Illustration, I want to continue this process.
